  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
