- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoon Butter melted
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Place the shrimp on the smoker rack and smoke for 10 minutes or until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
Remove from smoker and serve immediately.
