Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi
A quick and delicious shrimp scampi recipe with garlic butter sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup White wine or chicken broth
- ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Chopped parsley
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Pour in the white wine (or chicken broth) and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped parsley.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
