Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • cup Pine Nuts
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  2. 2. Add Parmesan cheese and pulse a few more times.
  3. 3. Slowly add olive oil while the food processor is running. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. 4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pulse a few more times to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
