Ingredients 

Spice Blend

  • 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom seeds
  • 1 stick Cinnamon broken into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast all the spices in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until fragrant.
  2. 2. Let the spices cool, then grind them into a fine powder using a spice grinder.
  3. 3. Store in an airtight container.
