Instructions
Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal, pretzels, and mixed nuts.
In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and soy sauce together.
Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mix and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle the furikake seasoning over the mix and toss again.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Let it cool completely before serving.
