- 1 package Frozen Hash Browns thawed
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Crushed Cornflakes for topping
- ¼ cup Melted Butter for topping
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, and chopped onion.
Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle over the potato mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
