  • 1 package Frozen Hash Browns thawed
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Crushed Cornflakes for topping
  • ¼ cup Melted Butter for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, and chopped onion.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle over the potato mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
