Instructions
1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
2. Continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and cocoa powder until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
