  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
  2. 2. Continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and cocoa powder until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
