  • 2 cups Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine the mixed berries and sugar.
  2. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries release their juices and the mixture starts to thicken, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let cool. Serve warm or chilled.
