  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or canned
  • ¼ cup Chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Add milk and beaten egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  3. 3. Fold in corn kernels and chopped onions.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
