  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
