Instructions
Pat the scallops dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dredge the scallops in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add scallops to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove scallops and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley if desired.
