Fried Rice with Ham Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced ham
- 0.5 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 0.5 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion, cook until soft.
Add ham, cook for 2 minutes.
Push ham to the side, pour in beaten eggs, scramble until cooked.
Add rice, peas, and carrots. Stir well.
Pour soy sauce over rice, mix thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
