  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Dredge the razor clams in the flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
