- 1 lb Razor Clams cleaned
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Dredge the razor clams in the flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the clams in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
