  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  2. 2. Dredge the pork chops in flour, then dip in buttermilk, and dredge in flour again.
  3. 3. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Fry the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
