Instructions
1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge the pork chops in flour, then dip in buttermilk, and dredge in flour again.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Fry the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
6. Serve hot.
