- 2 ripe plantains peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup vegetable oil for frying
- 1 pinch salt to taste
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the sliced plantains to the pan in a single layer.
Fry the plantains for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Remove the plantains from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Sprinkle with salt to taste and serve warm.
