Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Leftover mac and cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 large Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Flour
- as needed Oil for frying
1. Roll leftover mac and cheese into balls.
2. Coat each ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry mac and cheese balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
