  • 2 cups Dandelion Flowers freshly picked
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 unit Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the dandelion flowers and pat them dry.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, milk, beaten egg, and salt to make a batter.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Dip each dandelion flower into the batter, then carefully place them in the hot oil.
  5. 5. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
