- 500 g Chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 2 cups Vegetable oil, for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Gradually add water and soy sauce to the dry ingredients, stirring until you get a smooth batter.
3. Add the diced chicken to the batter, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
5. Using tongs, carefully place the battered chicken pieces into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
6. Remove the chicken balls from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
