  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  2. 2. Mix the flour, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. 3. Dredge the chicken skin in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  4. 4. Fry the chicken skin in batches until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
