  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 medium head Cabbage chopped
  • 1 small Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon, crumble, and set aside. Reserve bacon grease in the skillet.
  2. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until onion is translucent.
  3. Add chopped cabbage to the skillet. Cook and stir until cabbage is tender.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in crumbled bacon before serving.
