- 4 pieces Eggs boiled
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Boil the eggs for about 8-10 minutes until hard-boiled. Let them cool, then peel and cut them in half.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Place the boiled egg halves in the pan, cut side down. Fry for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
4. Flip the eggs and fry the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
5. Remove from the pan and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
