Fried Asparagus with Bacon Recipe

- 1 lb Asparagus trimmed
- 6 slices Bacon cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the bacon pieces and cook until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
3. In the same pan, add the asparagus and cook until tender and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Add the bacon back to the pan and toss to combine. Serve hot.
