Fresh Tomato Chili Sauce Recipe

- 6 pcs Tomatoes medium-sized, chopped
- 2 pcs Red Chili Peppers chopped
- 1 pcs Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and garlic. Sauté until translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and chili peppers. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
Season with salt, sugar, and black pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Blend the mixture until smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.
