  • 1 liter Milk whole milk
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat the milk in a pot until it starts to simmer.
  2. Add lemon juice and salt, stir well.
  3. Let it sit for 10 minutes to curdle.
  4. Strain the mixture using cheesecloth and a strainer.
  5. Press out excess liquid and let it cool.
