Main Ingredients
- 4 large Russet Potatoes peeled and cut into strips
- 1 quart Vegetable Oil for frying
- to taste Salt
1. Peel and cut potatoes into strips.
2. Soak potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat oil in deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry potatoes in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.
