  • 1 lb Roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 4 French rolls, split
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a skillet, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer.
  3. 3. Add the roast beef slices to the skillet and heat until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Place the French rolls on a baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the rolls from the oven and fill each with warm roast beef. Serve with a small bowl of the au jus for dipping.
