Add flour, oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and place on a greased baking sheet.
Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
