Ingredients 

Ravioli Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3 units Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Cheese Filling

  • ½ cup Ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup Fontina cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, and olive oil. Knead until smooth. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into ravioli shapes using a ravioli cutter.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix all the cheeses, salt, and pepper for the filling.
  4. 4. Place a small amount of filling on each piece of dough, cover with another piece, and seal the edges.
  5. 5. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the ravioli for 3-4 minutes or until they float.
  6. 6. Serve with your favorite sauce.
