- 2 Bananas ripe
- 2 Eggs
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Add the eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
