Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Add the warm water and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a thin circle.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side, until brown spots appear.
Keep the tortillas warm in a towel until ready to serve.
