  • 1 lb white fish fillets cut into chunks
  • 2 cups potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the diced potatoes and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Add the fish chunks, milk, and heavy cream. Cook until the fish is opaque and cooked through.
