Ingredients

  • 500 g fish fillet finely chopped
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped fish, bread crumbs, beaten egg, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the fish balls in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove the fish balls with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  7. 7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
