Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, onion, garlic, green beans, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto a lumpia wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with water.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
