Ingredients 

Lumpia Filling

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup green beans, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 20 pieces lumpia wrappers
  • 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, onion, garlic, green beans, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto a lumpia wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with water.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
