Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken breast cut into cubes
- 2 cups Macaroni
- 1 cup Carrots diced
- 1 cup Celery diced
- 1 cup Evaporated milk
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 8 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken breast cubes and cook until no longer pink.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until tender.
4. Add the carrots and celery. Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
5. Stir in the evaporated milk and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
