  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 onion sliced into rings
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup cooking oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, lemon juice, and ground black pepper for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add onion rings and cook until onions are soft.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
