Feta Spinach Puff Pastry Bites

- 1 package Puff Pastry Sheets thawed
- 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- 1 Egg beaten
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta and chopped spinach.
Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into squares.
Place a spoonful of the feta-spinach mixture in the center of each square.
Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal edges.
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
