  • 500 g Phyllo Dough
  • 300 g Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 100 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, beaten eggs, and salt.
  3. Brush a baking tray with olive oil.
  4. Layer 2 sheets of phyllo dough on the tray, brushing each layer with olive oil.
  5. Spread a portion of the feta mixture over the dough.
  6. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of phyllo dough brushed with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before cutting into pieces and serving.
