- 500 g Phyllo Dough
- 300 g Feta Cheese crumbled
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 100 ml Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, beaten eggs, and salt.
Brush a baking tray with olive oil.
Layer 2 sheets of phyllo dough on the tray, brushing each layer with olive oil.
Spread a portion of the feta mixture over the dough.
Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of phyllo dough brushed with olive oil.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before cutting into pieces and serving.
