Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
Layer the hash browns, cheese, ham, and green onions in the dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, evaporated milk, pepper, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the dish.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
