  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, water, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
  3. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle with rosemary if using, slice, and serve warm.
