Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sprouted Wheat Berries
  • 1 cup Sprouted Barley
  • ½ cup Sprouted Millet
  • ¼ cup Sprouted Lentils
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 ¼ cups Warm Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the sprouted grains and lentils in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the yeast mixture, honey, and salt to the grains. Mix well.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. 5. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. 7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
  8. 8. Let the bread cool before slicing.
