  • 2 cups Mixed exotic mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup Walnuts, toasted
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  2. 2. Add chopped mushrooms, cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown.
  3. 3. Transfer mushroom mixture to a food processor. Add toasted walnuts, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.
