Exotic Mushroom and Walnut Pate

- 2 cups Mixed exotic mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup Walnuts, toasted
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
2. Add chopped mushrooms, cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown.
3. Transfer mushroom mixture to a food processor. Add toasted walnuts, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.
