Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 cup Milk warm
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thick and cut into circles using a biscuit cutter.
  6. Heat a griddle over medium heat and cook the muffins for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
