Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1 cup Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced onions, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up. Place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
