  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • 0.25 cup cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the corn in a pot of water for about 10 minutes until tender.
  2. 2. Cut the kernels off the cob and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Add mayonnaise, cotija cheese, chili powder, lime juice, and cilantro to the bowl. Mix well.
