- 8 large Egg Whites
- ¼ cup Diced Bell Peppers
- ¼ cup Diced Onions
- ¼ cup Spinach chopped
- ¼ cup Shredded Cheese
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, salt, and black pepper.
Stir in the diced bell peppers, diced onions, chopped spinach, and shredded cheese.
Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg white bites are set and slightly golden on top.
Let them cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
