Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Green Onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  2. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the remaining oil to the wok and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring well to combine.
  6. Return the scrambled eggs to the wok and mix everything together.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
