- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- to taste salt and white pepper
- 2 scallions green onions chopped
Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the soup thickens slightly.
Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the soup with a whisk.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
