- 6 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Bell Peppers, diced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese and diced bell peppers to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden on top.
Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
