- 6 large Eggs
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
Add the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
